- While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Order Cancellation
- You may request cancellation only if your order has not been shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund & Replacement Policy
VeoMart does not accept returns or provide refunds after delivery.
We provide replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Apply for a Replacement
- Take photos and a video while unboxing the package.

- Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement.
- The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
- If a replacement is unavailable or out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Acceptable Use

- Using bots, scraping tools, or other automated methods on our website.
