1. What types of products do you sell?

2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, Cash on Delivery is temporarily unavailable. We are working to bring it back soon. In the meantime, we accept secure online payments through multiple options.

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your order in real time.

6. Do you accept returns or refunds?
At VeoMart, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been delivered. We kindly request customers to carefully review product details and descriptions before placing an order.

Replacement Claim Period:

How to Apply for a Replacement:

Take clear photos and a video while unboxing the package.

Upload them via our Google Form.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement.

The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags.

If the replacement product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Tamil Nadu, India. We are working on expanding to more locations soon.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments.
